This drink is packed with Vitamin E which is an important anti-oxidant to create the correct environment for a developing egg. Cantaloupe melon and citrus fruits are high in myo-inositol. Inositol is part of the B vitamin family and has been found at hight levels in the follicular fluid of higher quality eggs. Kefir optimises your gut health , all the better for absorbing all the goodness in this drink.

- 1 medium cantaloupe melon
- 2 peaches, stoned and chopped
- 1 chopped banana
- 30g protein powder
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 250ml kefir or coconut kefir
- 100ml orange juice

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Simples!
Remember to drink at room temperature rather than fridge cold.
